The Band Utility Strap is a 50 inch x 1 inch nylon strap with an 1 x 8  and a 1 x 2 inch plastic tube attached onto the nylon strap.  The 8 inch plastic tube allows you to link your band onto the utility strap and prevents any damage to your band while you train.   The 1 x 2 inch plastic tube locks into a door jam and prevents any chance of the band pulling out.
