It is not uncommon for me to go into my garage or a vacant lot, hook up a couple of 75 pound bands and get busy. An hour later, you will have a new workout that will blast your total body.
Other times I will go to the track or football field. You guessed it, goal post and fence post make great band holders. But if not, I just hook them directly to me and start creating workouts that will rock your world.
Then there is the tennis or basketball courts…. The lines on the court are awesome distance markers to do shuttle and first step acceleration drills. You want deceleration training, watch for those workouts. |

The best is when I invite a friend (or 2) to join me at the Mount Kinderberg Park. Do you know how much fun and how hard two people can work crawling, running, towing, pulling, and pushing around each other with nothing but two 150lb bands? You’ll find it out in the Vault.
RBT is Unlimited in improving
functionality
Do you want to start developing strength, power and conditioning faster than ever before? If you answered “Yes”, then just wait until you discover the infinite possibilities using RBT. You are going to LOVE the training AND the RESULTS are for real!
It is not exclusive to adults
Having 3 children who love going to the soccer fields, basketball court or tennis court, we always take along a few bands just in case. Bands and Youth training is a match made in biomechanical heaven. Bands allow kids to run, jump and literally play while developing speed, agility, quickness and good physical conditioning.
No Gym, No Equipment, NO PROBLEM!!
Bands are light, portable and hook to just about anything.
Find a play ground, a pipe in the garage, a tennis court, your basketball
pole or put up a bar in the basement. The Library will give you the
workouts, you just need to use your imagination and get to work.
