Coach….Let Me help you
choose how
many bands you need
Dear Coach
To help you with your resistance band purchase decision I put
together some purchase ideas for you to review. I thought this might provide
you assistance in choosing the number of bands you would need to train your
athletes or students.
Obviously the more bands you
have, the more efficient you can be.
Once you begin to use them, I guarantee they will become a key component
to your overall training program and more importantly, your athletes
will really get excited about
training… and that means great results!!
