Considering 95% of all low back, knee and shoulder injuries are a result of poor deceleration you become a client’s favorite trainer.


We are all going to suffer the unfortunate slip, trip or misstep some day.

RBT allow you to easily set up band circuits that challenge upper or lower body strength.   Especially eccentrically, which we all know is more challenging than concentric work.   Now with bands it is easy to increase speed not just force.
